Cancelling your order
If you change your mind, you can cancel it by sending an email request to hello@gorgeous.af at no cost to you as long as you do so before 12pm on the day following order placement. Our orders are dispatched on Tuesday and Saturday, but we start hand preparing them the next day, so it will not be possible to make changes to the order after that.
Returns
As all our products are handmade and have a limited shelf life, we do not allow returns unless items are damaged before accepting delivery. Should you have a grievance, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@gorgeous.af
Please email photos of the damaged delivery box, products and a brief description to support your claim. If the return request is determined to be valid, we will dispatch a new order to you as soon as possible.
Conditions
The return policy does not apply to free gifts and promotional merchandise. We reserve the right to not honour return requests that we determine to be fraudulent. Lastly, this return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from www.gorgeous.af
